  • 1 cup pea shoot microgreens

Instructions

  1. Prepare Avial with its mix of vegetables and coconut paste.

  2. Once cooked and just before turning off the heat, gently fold in the pea shoot microgreens.

  3. Let them wilt for a minute.

  4. Finish with a drizzle of coconut oil.
