Beetroot Microgreen Raita
A visually stunning and earthy raita that's as delicious as it is healthy.
Ingredients
1 cup thick yogurt
1/4 cup beetroot microgreens
1 small boiled beetroot, grated (optional)
1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
Salt to taste
Instructions
Whisk the yogurt until smooth.
Fold in the beetroot microgreens and grated beetroot.
Season with cumin powder and salt. Mix well.
The raita will turn a beautiful pink. Chill and serve.
