Fenugreek Microgreen Thepla
A Gujarati staple made even more authentic and flavorful with fresh fenugreek microgreens.
Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup fenugreek microgreens, chopped
1/2 cup yogurt
Spices: turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder
Salt
Oil
Instructions
Knead a soft dough using all ingredients.
Roll out thin theplas.
Cook on a hot tawa with oil until both sides have golden brown spots.
The microgreens provide a more intense flavor than dried kasuri methi.
