Microgreen Buttermilk (Chaas)
A cooling and digestive drink with the goodness of fresh herbs and microgreens.
Ingredients
1 cup yogurt
2 cups cold water
1/4 cup mixed microgreens (cilantro, pea shoots)
A few mint leaves
1/2 inch ginger
Black salt to taste
Instructions
In a blender, combine all ingredients.
Blend until smooth and frothy.
Pour into glasses and serve chilled. A perfect summer cooler.
