Microgreen Buttermilk (Chaas)

A cooling and digestive drink with the goodness of fresh herbs and microgreens.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt

  • 2 cups cold water

  • 1/4 cup mixed microgreens (cilantro, pea shoots)

  • A few mint leaves

  • 1/2 inch ginger

  • Black salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients.

  2. Blend until smooth and frothy.

  3. Pour into glasses and serve chilled. A perfect summer cooler.
