Microgreen Raita
A refreshing yogurt dip with the peppery kick of radish microgreens.
Ingredients
1 cup thick yogurt, whisked
1/4 cup radish or mustard microgreens, chopped
1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
Black salt to taste
A pinch of red chili powder for garnish
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the whisked yogurt, chopped microgreens, cumin powder, and black salt.
Mix well until everything is incorporated.
Garnish with a pinch of red chili powder.
Chill before serving as a side with biryani, pulao, or parathas.
