Microgreen Raita

A refreshing yogurt dip with the peppery kick of radish microgreens.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup thick yogurt, whisked

  • 1/4 cup radish or mustard microgreens, chopped

  • 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder

  • Black salt to taste

  • A pinch of red chili powder for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the whisked yogurt, chopped microgreens, cumin powder, and black salt.

  2. Mix well until everything is incorporated.

  3. Garnish with a pinch of red chili powder.

  4. Chill before serving as a side with biryani, pulao, or parathas.
