Microgreen & Sprout Salad

A refreshing yogurt dip with the peppery kick of radish microgreens.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sprouted moong

  • 1/2 cup mixed microgreens

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1 small tomato, finely chopped

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 tsp chaat masala

  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine sprouted moong, onion, and tomato.

  2. Gently fold in the mixed microgreens.

  3. Drizzle with lemon juice, and sprinkle with chaat masala and salt.

  4. Toss lightly and serve immediately for maximum crunch.
