Moong Dal & Microgreen Chilla
A protein-packed savory pancake, made even healthier with a burst of fresh microgreens.
Ingredients
1 cup yellow moong dal, soaked
1/2 inch ginger
1 green chili
1/2 cup mixed microgreens (radish, pea shoots)
Salt to taste
Ghee or oil for cooking
Instructions
Grind soaked dal, ginger, and chili into a smooth batter.
Mix in finely chopped microgreens and salt.
Heat a tawa, pour a ladle of batter, and spread into a circle.
Cook with ghee until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with chutney.
