Paneer Tikka with Microgreen Chutney

Classic paneer tikka served with a vibrant, nutrient-dense chutney.

Ingredients

  • For Tikka: 200g paneer, cubed

  • Yogurt marinade

  • Veggies (capsicum, onion)

  • For Chutney: 1 cup cilantro microgreens

  • 1/2 cup mint leaves

  • 1 green chili

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Marinate and grill paneer tikka as usual.

  2. For the chutney, blend all its ingredients into a smooth paste.

  3. Serve the hot paneer tikka skewers with the fresh, zesty microgreen chutney.
