Paneer Tikka with Microgreen Chutney
Classic paneer tikka served with a vibrant, nutrient-dense chutney.
Ingredients
For Tikka: 200g paneer, cubed
Yogurt marinade
Veggies (capsicum, onion)
For Chutney: 1 cup cilantro microgreens
1/2 cup mint leaves
1 green chili
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt
Instructions
Marinate and grill paneer tikka as usual.
For the chutney, blend all its ingredients into a smooth paste.
Serve the hot paneer tikka skewers with the fresh, zesty microgreen chutney.
